Barton Fort Leavenworth Campus offers the following payment options when completing enrollment:

- Money Order/Personal Check
- GoArmyEd/Military Tuition Assistance
- Veterans Administration benefits
- Financial Aid
- Third Party billing
- NelNet payment plan
You will be asked with these payment options during the enrollment process whether on BARTonline or by visiting our main office.
Payment is due by the start date of your course. If payment arrangements have not been made, you will be dropped from the course. If a student withdraws from a course after the first seven calendar days of the course, the student is responsible for the total fees incurred.

If you are using U.S. Army Military Tuition Assistance from GoArmyEd, you must request your TA from the GoArmyEd website. If you are not eligible to have an account on GoArmyEd or are using Tuition Assistance from the USCG, USAF, US Navy, or USMC - Authorizations may be faxed to (785) 784-7542, ATTN: Business Office or mailed to: Barton Community College, Business Office, PO Box 2463, Fort Riley, KS 66442 If you have any questions please email email@example.com.

MyCAA (Military Spouse Career Advancement Account)
If you are a military spouse that has been awarded funding from the MyCAA program through Military One Source, your Financial Assistance from MyCAA will pay for your courses. The authorization form from your MyCAA account that states the specific classes, dates, and costs, for each session must be submitted to the Fort Riley Business Office prior to the first day of class. Authorizations may be faxed to (785) 784-7542, Attn: Business Office or mailed to: Barton Community College, Business Office, PO Box 2463, Fort Riley, KS 66442. If you have been awarded Financial Aid through Barton Community College, your Financial Aid will be used to pay for these courses. Be sure to verify that your Financial Aid packet is complete with the College Financial Aid Office and that you have been awarded sufficient funds to cover the cost of the class. Third Party Payment
Authorization to pay for your class must be submitted on company letterhead and signed by the appropriate company official responsible for payment amount. Third party must indicate who they are paying for and the amount along with an address to send billing information. NelNet Payment Plan
Barton's payment plan is offered by NelNet. The plan allows you to make monthly payments by credit card or from your checking or savings account. The plan requires a $30 per semester non-refundable enrollment fee and completion of the online application. Information requires the student's Barton ID number (this is not the same as your BARTonline Login ID), number, name and address of the person responsible for making payments, and the bank information or credit card information. To access and enroll in NelNet payment plan, please login to your PAWS account. You will receive an email with further instructions. Payments and authorizations must be received by the start of each class session.
